Pricing and proposals
Prices on this website are introductory starting prices for defined baseline packages, not final quotes. After a first conversation, a written proposal describes the agreed deliverables, schedule, revisions, responsibilities and fees. A project begins only after you accept the final scope and any required upfront payment terms.
Third-party products and subscriptions
Domains, hosting, email service, third-party platform subscriptions, telecommunications charges, paid advertising, AI usage and other pass-through costs aren’t included unless an accepted proposal says so. Third-party services can change their features and prices.
Your materials and permissions
You’re responsible for giving us truthful business information and materials you have permission to use. Please don’t share passwords or sensitive customer records through the public inquiry form; we’ll agree on a secure way to share access if a project needs it.
Ownership and licensed components
We structure projects so you control your own domains, accounts, customer records and the agreed final deliverables. Ownership of original work, and licenses for any fonts, stock media, templates, software or other third-party components, are set out in the signed project agreement.
Drone filming, location permissions and image rights
Video projects need a written shot plan and filming permission for the location, including permission from the property owner or an authorized manager. People who appear prominently may need to sign releases. Outdoor commercial drone flights require an appropriately certificated remote pilot and any applicable aircraft registration, Remote ID compliance, airspace authorization and safety approvals. Filming may be delayed, changed or canceled because of weather, obstacles, bystanders, access limits, safety or legal restrictions. No particular route, recording resolution or business result is guaranteed. Client agreements set out permitted uses, licensed music, the number of edits, final formats, raw footage handling, travel costs, and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
Support and business results
Monthly care plans include only the scope and response commitments defined in a separate agreement. Results such as more inquiries, search rankings, revenue or profit depend on many factors and aren’t guaranteed.

The interactive samples on this site demonstrate the kind of work we do. The 3D fly-through is a route plan rendered in your browser, not footage of a client property, and the booking demo is a simulation.
