Information you choose to send
When you complete the project inquiry form, you may give us your name, email address, business name, the service you’re interested in, details about your project and, for filming, a location and type of space. Please don’t send passwords, government ID numbers, payment card numbers, medical information or other sensitive information through the form.
The samples on this website
The working samples on this site — the digital business card, its QR code and contact file, the booking simulation, the follow-up calculator and the asset vault — run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored by us. The only part of this site that sends information is the inquiry form.
How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry information to read and respond to your request, discuss possible services, prepare proposals you ask for, and keep basic records of our conversations. Sending the inquiry form doesn’t sign you up for a marketing email list or automated advertising texts.
Where your form goes
This website is hosted on Netlify and uses its form service. Submitted data is processed and stored by the host and any providers we deliberately set up to run the service; their own policies describe how they handle data. The site’s fonts, code and images are served from our own host. We don’t add analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts to these pages.
Sharing and safeguarding information
Information may be shared with technology providers needed to run the inquiry process, with service providers helping on a project you’ve requested under appropriate arrangements, or when the law requires it. We limit access and use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep business records or meet legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to legal obligations, by contacting us through the inquiry form.
Filming projects and media
If you ask about filming, you may tell us a proposed location, property details or type of shoot. If a production is agreed, we may record photos or video at the permitted location, including spaces and people. The production agreement will cover filming permissions, releases where needed, how the footage may be used, how long files are kept, and how to request corrections. The inquiry form isn’t meant for uploading sensitive documents or private videos.
Children
Our services and inquiry form are for people looking for professional or business services, not for children.
